2019 ended with the 4th Edition of the Varadero Valencia Trophy, a competition already established in Mediterranean waters. In this disputed edition of the regatta, a total of 24 yachts participated, making it a regatta already included in the race calendars of the more experienced competitors.
In this last round of the Varadero Valencia Trophy, participants enjoyed magnificent weather conditions with southwest wind of between 12 and 14 knots that allowed them to perfectly carry out the windward/ leeward courses. The races translated into the victory of the teams Brujo, Mascarat V and Un mar sin barreras.
Brujo was the winner of the last day of the trophy and also of the general classification of Class 1 and 2 for the second consecutive year. Followed by Majoche finishing in second place, and in third position Aquarelle1 .
In Class 3 the undisputed winner was Mascarat V, winner in the three rounds of the Varadero Valencia Trophy. Blue Lizard got second position on the podium and in third place was Spinnaker.
Un mar sin barreras was the winner of the last two rounds of the trophy and therefore the winner of the general classification of Class 4 for the second consecutive year, followed by Inquietin Alhambra who was in second place and Guaira in third place.
